The same session, from your own front room.

Live, from wherever you are. No travel, no car park, nobody to walk past on the way in. It is the easiest place to start if what is stopping you is walking into a room full of strangers.

Who it is for

For anyone the front door is stopping.

Nobody has to explain themselves, but if you are wondering whether your reason counts, here is who tends to log on.

You train instead of talking

You already train the body. This trains the part that decides whether you recover, and you cannot out-train a nervous system that never comes down.

You look after everyone else

You know what every person in your life needs. You would struggle to say what you need. Saying no still feels dangerous.

Something did happen, and talking has not moved it

You have done the sessions. You can explain it clearly. It is still there in your chest at three in the morning.

What happens

The same session, guided live, on your own mat.

Every session runs the same way, whatever the format. Online, you do all of it from your own mat at home, on a live call, with me guiding it the same way I would in the room.

Breath first: five stages, each doing a different job, at whatever pace is right for you, until the fog clears. Then you go toward whatever is holding, with me alongside, and let go of something out loud. Something may move, or nothing may, and both are ordinary sessions. Then we put something back: you are told, plainly, that you were never broken, and given music, warmth and time lying down with nothing asked of you.

Live from Lancashire, for anyone with a mat and a quiet hour. The time and price are on each date.

Before you book

Three questions people ask first.

The rest, with the full answers, are on the FAQ page.

Does it work online?
The session is the same, guided the same way, and most of it happens on your own mat whichever room you are in. What you do not get is the feel of a room full of people doing it with you. What you get instead is your own front door, and nobody to walk past on the way in.
Do I have to have my camera on?
It helps me see how you are doing, so I ask for it on if you can. If you would rather not, say so before we start and we will work out what is right. Nobody is watching anyone else; everyone is deep in their own thing.
What if I get upset at home on my own?
Then you are upset at home with me on the call, and the same ground rules as the room: nothing is pushed, you set the pace, and we come back to solid ground more than once. Have a blanket and some water within reach, and give yourself a quiet half hour afterwards rather than going straight back to the washing up.
