Afternoon · 90 min
The same session, at a price that is not the reason you miss out.
Held in the afternoon at a heavily reduced rate, specifically for people who are not in work: unemployed, signed off sick, or retired. No means test, no questions, no explaining yourself.
Who it is for
For anyone not in work, whatever the reason.
Some people come wanting to get back to work. Some just want to enjoy a cup of tea in the garden again without their head going. Both count.
You are between things
Off work, out of work, or working out what comes next. Time you did not ask for, and a head too busy to use it.
You have gone quiet
Not sad exactly. Just less. Fewer people, fewer plans, less of the small stuff you used to like.
Nothing dramatic happened
No single event you could point to. Just years of getting on with it. You may have decided your experience was not bad enough to count.
What happens
Nothing is cut down. Only the price.
Every session runs the same way, whatever the format. The afternoon is the full ninety minutes, the same room, the same way, at a reduced rate.
Breath first: five stages, each doing a different job, at whatever pace is right for you, until the fog clears. Then you go toward whatever is holding, with me alongside, and let go of something out loud. Something may move, or nothing may, and both are ordinary sessions. Then we put something back: you are told, plainly, that you were never broken, and given music, warmth and time lying down with nothing asked of you.
